Crystal Grids
Crystal grids are visual and physical arrangements designed to hold intention and orientation.
A crystal grid works through pattern — how elements relate to each other in space - geometry, symmetry, and placement are as important as the materials themselves.
Grids can be used to:
• hold focus on a theme or intention
• mark time or transition
• support reflection, grounding, or orientation
• create a stable visual reference during change
Some grids are temporary and respond to a specific moment.
Others are designed to be returned to repeatedly, acting as an anchor over time.
At Luminosity, grids are informed by astrology and numerology. Planetary movements, cycles, and number patterns are used to shape the crystals used in a grid for a specific day, period, or theme.

A crystal grid is a structured layout of stones arranged according to a defined system usually in a geometrical pattern. Each crystal represents a specific part of the pattern being worked with, allowing the grid to function as a connected whole.
Most grids use a small number of stones, and many people work with the same crystals repeatedly. You can build your collection gradually over time.
Many crystals share similar energetic qualities, so substitutions can often be used. A crystal substitution matrix is available in our community to help identify suitable alternatives if a particular stone is not already in your collection.
Drilling a crystal to make a bead does not change the crystal properties however undrilled stones are sometimes preferred for grid layouts for aesthetic reasons, but energetically there is no difference.
Crystals can be placed directly on a grid layout, kept nearby, or carried in a pouch or pocket. Jewellery is simply one of several ways to work with crystals which enables you to carry your energy work with you.
